Contains DT56a - soybean extract, calcium, biotin, vitamins D and B2.

Calcium is necessary for maintaining bone health. Calcium helps ensure normal blood clotting.

Vitamin D helps maintain bone health and normal muscle function, as well as promotes normal immune system function. Vitamin B2 or riboflavin helps maintain skin health, helps reduce fatigue and weakness, helps ensure normal energy metabolism, and promotes normal nervous system function. Biotin helps maintain the health of hair and mucous membranes and promotes normal psychological functions. Women from the age of 60 are recommended to consume at least 20 μg (800 IU) of vitamin D daily from all sources.
