In the vagine of healthy women of reproductive age, 95% from microorganisms are lactic bacterias or lactobacilli (Lactobacillus spp.). The use of antibiotics, often compsumtion of sugary products, stress, estrogen deficiency, hormonal changes, a weak immune system or excessive hygiene can disturb the balance of the vaginal flora. Vaginal infections are one of the most common reasons that prompt women to seek the help of a gynecologist. Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus bacteria strains are widely represented in the healthy vaginal environment. In LYLBIOTIC intim composition  L. acidophilus (La-14™) and L. rhamnosus (HN001™) at the moment are the only strains with quality studies who shows good results in bacterial vaginosis.
