The active substance of Troxevasin capsules is troxerutin. Troxerutin strengthens the walls of blood vessels and also reduces their increased permeability. Troxerutin has an anti-inflammatory effect on tissue around blood vessels. Thus, this medicine reduces edema and improves the absorption of nutrients into the blood vessels, in case of various pathological changes that are associated with venous insufficiency.
