The yeast has been left out, the mixture is only mixed with water and can be baked straight away. No baking machine is required, just a loaf pan. Whole grain rice flour with quinoa sourdough was chosen as the basis, which gives it the typical bread flavor. Sunflower seeds, sesame and linseed provide the heartiness. The package makes approx. 850 g bread.
