If you purchase damaged/non-compliant goods, you have the right to return them within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. In the case of damaged goods, the money will be returned or the goods exchanged for an equivalent goods. In case of online payment, returns are made via DPD pick-up lockers.

If you paid in pharmacy, returns are handled by our pharmacies where order was delivered. Please note that you will need cash receipt.

When returning the product, it must not be opened and/or used, the product must be in the original packaging, the protective films must not be torn off, etc. (this paragraph does not apply to defective goods), the goods must be in the same set as received by the buyer. Remember that it is your responsibility to properly package returned products to avoid damage during transportation.

When returning the shipment, it is necessary to fill in the return form. For registered users, the return form is available in the customer profile, in the "My Orders" section.

After filling out the form, send the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the order.
If the payment was made online, after returning the product to the warehouse, the refund will be made to your bank account within 14 days.
