The active ingredient, Repigma12TM works by blocking MIA protein, which causes depigmentation. It stabilises the melanoctyes so that when the skin is exposed to natural or artificial UV light, they repigment the white patches. This stops further white patches from developing while the melanocytes repigment the affected areas.
