Coldrex tablets are used for the temporary relief of flu and cold symptoms.
Coldrex tablets contain the following active ingredients:
- paracetamol, which relieves pain and lowers body temperature during fever;
- phenylephrine hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that relieves swelling of the nose and sinuses and makes breathing easier,
- caffeine, a mild stimulant,
- terpine hydrate, an expectorant,
- ascorbic acid (vitamin C), which helps to replenish vitamin C that may have been lost during the early stages of flu and colds.
