Granuflex ™ is an adhesive hydrocolloid dressing suitable for wounds with low to moderate exudation. The Granuflex ™ dressing promotes the formation of granulations and promotes rapid autolytic cleansing of the wound from necrotic tissue, which occurs due to the optimal level of moisture in the wound. The gel that forms in the wound protects against accidental damage to new tissue during dressing changes. The top layer of the dressing protects against viruses and bacteria, and the dressing is waterproof.
