Dolobene gel is a combination of active substances with the following properties: Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) enhances the absorption of other substances through the skin, reduces inflammation and pain. Heparin prevents blood clotting and promotes resorption (disappearance) of bruises, dexpanthenol protects and softens the skin. Dolobene gel is used for the prevention of symptoms of leg vein diseases (pain and swelling), as well as for closed household and sports injuries (bruises, bruises, dislocations, sprains, pain in muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints).
