Duphalac Fruit contains a laxative called lactulose. By binding water in the intestines, it softens and facilitates bowel movements. Lactulose is not absorbed by the body. Duphalac Fruit is used to treat constipation (irregular bowel movements, hard and dry stools) and to stimulate soft bowel movements.
