1% sodium hyaluronate solution, which is obtained from the fermentation processes of Streptococcus Equi. A visco-elastic supplement for the synovial fluid of the knee and shoulder joints. Also indicated for injections in other joints that contain synovial fluid. The preparation provides joint lubrication and mechanical support, and is also suitable for the treatment of osteoarthritis symptoms. It should not be used if the patient has increased sensitivity to the active substance of the preparation or any of its ingredients, as well as in case of joint inflammation, such as rheumatic arthritis or Bechterev's disease.
