Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the biosynthesis of prostaglandins. It is a derivative of phenylacetic acid and it exhibits anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-febrile activity.

Levomenthol activates cutaneous cold receptors, causing contraction of capillars and relieving inflammation, pain and itching.
