The patch contains essential oils, which, when vaporised, help relieve stuffy breathing, reduce cold symptoms and improve sleep. The essential oils of peppermint and pine have an antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and soothing effect when evaporated. Peppermint has an additional refreshing effect, while eucalyptus helps to relieve breathing. Lemon and clove essential oils have been added to the patch for added effectiveness.
