• Only a doctor is qualified to prescribe the orthosis and determine the duration

• The first fitting of the orthosis should be carried out either by qualified
personnel (doctor, orthopaedic technician, etc.) or under their supervision.
• Although the orthosis is not for single use, it should only be used by one
patient. The product should not be reused by other patients.
• The general instructions of use and specific indications determined by the
doctor should always be followed.
• Treatment with the orthosis should be regularly monitored by your doctor.
• If any side effects are experienced, your doctor should immediately be informed.
• Your doctor should be informed if a skin condition appears or any type of
sensitisation occurs.

• In areas of support where pressure is applied, the skin should not be damaged

• For the orthosis to function properly, its components (straps, Velcros, silicone
pads, etc.) should be regularly checked to ensure that they are in good

• Do not let children play with this device.
• Clean the product regularly and maintain proper hygiene.

Soft cervical collar washing instructions:
• Machine wash with lukewarm water. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dryclean. Do not tumble dry. Dry on flat surface. Do not hang-dry.
• Close all the Velcro straps before washing. Maintain them free of dirt, threads, fluffs, etc.
Hard cervical collar washing instructions:
• Clean the product surfaces with a cloth dampened in soapy water to eliminate the dirt.
• It is advisable to take care of the Velcro cleanness preventing them from threads, fluffs, etc. in order to preserve their adhesion characteristics. Close all the Velcro straps before washing.
