We recommend using only with the Scholl electronic foot care system and changing it every 3 months. Turn on and use on dry or damp clean feet to exfoliate unsightly, hard, dry skin with the rough (dark) side of the roller; then remove the roller and rotate it 180° to align the treated area with the soft (blue) side of the roller and make the skin smoother.
