Troxerutin Sopharma gel contains the active substance troxerutin, which belongs to a group of medicines called capillary stabilizers. Troxerutin has a venotonic, anti-inflammatory and anti-edema effect, as well as antioxidant (reduces oxygen damage) activity. Troxerutin therapy reduces leg swelling and associated symptoms. Gel Troxerutin Sopharma is indicated for local, symptomatic: treatment of chronic venous insufficiency; for the treatment of varicose veins; for the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis (swelling of the veins due to blood clots), periphlebitis (inflammation of the tissues around the veins) and phlebothrombosis (the formation of blood clots in the veins without inflammation); for the treatment of post-thrombotic syndrome; to relieve pain and swelling after injuries such as sprains or muscle injuries.
