BCAA 8: 1: 1 - a complex of essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA) in the ratio of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine 8: 1: 1 and L-glutamine. BCAAs are the main material for protein synthesis, have the strongest anabolic and anti-catabolic effects. BCAAs also improve performance and energy levels. L-Glutamine enhances the effects of BCAAs to promote more efficient muscle growth and recovery. The ultra-micronized BCAAs offer the best solubility and no bitterness. A ratio of 8 parts leucine, 1 part isoleucine and 1 part valine is optimal to maximize muscle growth (anabolism) and prevent muscle breakdown (catabolism). Each serving contains 6,300 mg of ultra-micronized BCAAs and 1,845 mg of premium quality L-glutamine.
