Made from oat flakes and seeds. The preparation is very simple, mix only with water, soak briefly and then the dough can be baked straight away. To activate the seeds, the dough can soak in the refrigerator overnight if necessary. No baking machine is required. A simple pan is enough. The bread can also be made without a mold, simply form a loaf and put it in the oven on a baking sheet. The package makes approx. 970 g bread.
