Coldrex HotRem Lemon is used for the temporary relief of flu and cold symptoms.
Coldrex HotRem Lemon contains three active ingredients:
- paracetamol, which relieves pain and lowers body temperature during fever;
- phenylephrine hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that relieves swelling of the nasal mucosa, clears the nose and sinuses and makes breathing easier;
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid), which helps to replenish vitamin C that may have been lost during the early stages of flu and colds.
