Daleron COLD3 is a combination of paracetamol, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan hydrobromide. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain. Pseudoephedrine reduces nasal discharge and relieves nasal breathing in cases of nasal congestion. Dextromethorphan relieves irritating cough associated with throat irritation in case of a cold.
