Elderly patients No dose adjustment is necessary. If you are elderly, pay special attention to side effects and consult your doctor or pharmacist if necessary. Patients with impaired kidney or liver function No dose adjustment is necessary.
Use in children and adolescents (under 14 years of age) Ditel must not be used in children and adolescents under 14 years of age (see section 2, "Ditel is contraindicated").
Method of administration Ditel is for external use only.
Apply a thin layer of gel to the affected areas and rub gently into the skin. Do not rub vigorously. Then wipe your hands with a paper towel and wash them, unless it is the area to be treated. Dispose of the paper towel with household waste. If a bandage is applied (see section 2, "Warnings and precautions"), allow the gel to dry on the skin for a few minutes before applying the bandage. Similarly, if you are taking a shower or bath, wait until the gel has dried on the skin.
Duration of use The duration of use depends on the symptoms and the underlying disease. Ditel should not be used for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor. If symptoms do not improve or worsen within 3-5 days, consult a doctor.
