Espumisan capsules are used for the symptomatic treatment of complaints caused by gas accumulation in the stomach and intestines (e.g., flatulence) and for preparation for diagnostic examinations of the abdominal cavity (e.g., X-ray and ultrasound examinations).
The active ingredient, simethicone, breaks down gas bubbles trapped in the stomach and intestines. The released gas can then be expelled naturally.
