Selenium
Supports thyroid hormone activity, improves iodine absorption, detoxifies the body, and protects tissues from the damaging effects of free radicals.
Daily dose – 100 μg.
Zinc
Strengthens the immune system, normalizes metabolism, and participates in protein and DNA synthesis as well as in cell growth and division.
