SCHOLL Party Feet gel inserts, 1 pair
USAGE: Mark left and right foot symbols on each insole. Before removing the protective film, test by placing it in the shoe. Make sure the insert is under the foot with the pointed end towards the heel (see picture for exact location). Remove the protective film from the insole and press it to the sole of the shoe with the sticky side down. Move as needed so the inserts are in the same position in each shoe. When taking it out - slowly and gently pull it out of the shoe, pressing against the sole of the shoe with the other hand. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
